Role Description
This is a full-time remote Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role with responsibilities including overseeing the company's financial planning, preparing and analyzing financial statements, and ensuring the financial health of NeuroInkX. The CFO will work closely with executive leadership to strategize and guide the financial direction of the organization. Key duties include managing budgeting processes, financial forecasting, compliance with financial regulations, overseeing financial reporting, and identifying opportunities for growth and cost optimization. The role requires a commitment to an initial investment in the company and active engagement in securing and managing funding opportunities.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Financial Planning and Financial Forecasting, with the ability to drive long-term financial strategies.
- Proficiency in Financial Statements analysis and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Strong Finance and Analytical Skills to evaluate risks, identify opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Comprehensive understanding of Financial Reporting and regulatory requirements for enterprise-level organizations.
- Experience in securing funding and managing investor relations is highly desirable.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, MBA) are a plus.
- Familiarity with technology-driven businesses or SaaS companies is an advantage.
