Job Title: Business Consultant – Finance & Accounting (F&A)
Reporting To: Engagement Manager
Process: CFO & GBS Advisory [F&A Consulting Team]
Location: PAN India
About Latinum:
Latinum is seeking a Business Consultant who will work closely with clients to assess Finance & Accounting (F&A) processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver strategic solutions that enhance efficiency, compliance, and business performance. This role involves advisory, process optimization, and the use of modern financial technologies, including AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess client F&A processes to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Design and implement strategies for cost optimization, process efficiency, and profitability
- Develop financial plans including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and best practices
- Recommend system enhancements and advanced financial technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement transformation initiatives
- Apply AI (generative and agentic) for process optimization and decision support
Key Requirements:
- 5–7 years of consulting experience in Finance & Accounting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience across multiple industry sectors
- Knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and process improvement (Lean Six Sigma)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
