- Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform
- Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards
- Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products
- Be a productive member of the team.
Requirements
- 7–8 years of overall professional experience in consulting, ERP implementations, or related domains.
- Hands-on involvement in 2–3 full lifecycle Certinia (FinancialForce) implementation projects.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct workshops and communicate effectively with business users and stakeholders.
- Strong functional expertise across key Certinia modules such as Billing, ERP/Financials, and PSA.
- Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- Solid understanding of core Salesforce platform concepts.
- Experience in preparing functional specifications and test plans.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and deliver high-quality output in a part-time, remote working environment.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Certinia (FinancialForce) certification.
- Background in accounting, finance, or experience with other ERP systems.
- Experience with integrations (APIs, middleware) and data migration.
