Role: Functional Workday Time & Absence Consultant
Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)
Contract Duration: 6months+
Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)
Location: 100% Remote
We are seeking a Certified Workday Time & Absence Functional Consultant to support a large-scale enterprise Workday transformation spanning Payroll, Benefits, HCM, Compensation, and Time & Absence workstreams.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and configuration within Workday Time & Absence
- Serve as SME for global Time Tracking and Leave policies
- Support global implementations, go-live, hypercare, and stabilization
- Ensure compliance with regional and global labor requirements
- Provide training and user support during transformation phases
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in complex enterprise environments
🔹 Required Experience:
- Current Workday Certification in Time Tracking & Absence (mandatory)
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday functional experience
- Experience supporting at least 2 global Workday implementations or transformations
- Strong understanding of HCM processes and compliance requirements
- Enterprise-level stakeholder engagement experience
