Responsibilities

• Write and rewrite ATS-optimized resumes tailored to specific job descriptions
• Analyze each JD to identify recruiter priorities and reflect them clearly in the resume
• Tailor resumes for multiple candidates simultaneously across different roles and industries
• Use AI tools to speed up the writing process without compromising quality
• Understand technical skills (languages, frameworks, cloud platforms, data tools) and position them effectively for both ATS systems and technical recruiters
• Maintain a QA score of 90% or above on every document produced
• Deliver within turnaround time expectations while managing a high volume of candidate profiles
• Continuously improve resume formats and templates based on performance feedback

Key Requirements

• Proven experience writing resumes for the job market, specifically for tech or IT candidates
• Strong understanding of how ATS systems parse, scan, and rank resumes
• Ability to extract what matters most from a JD and mirror it in the resume on the first pass
• Active use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Kickresume, or similar) in daily workflow
• Strong written English with sharp attention to formatting, consistency, and detail
• Self-managed and reliable in a remote, async work environment
• Must be able to share sample resumes (redacted) as part of the application

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with OPT, CPT, or STEM candidates
• Familiarity with bench sales, staffing agencies, or US recruiting workflows
• Knowledge of technical stacks including Java, Python, cloud platforms, or data engineering tools
• LinkedIn profile optimization experience
