Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Certified PostgreSQL DBA, located in Pune Division. The DBA will manage Databricks Lakebase (Neon Postgresql), PostgreSQL databases, ensuring optimization, security, and reliability. Daily responsibilities include database monitoring, performance tuning, implementing replication strategies, troubleshooting database issues, and developing efficient database designs tailored to business needs. The DBA will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to support database requirements and maintain data integrity.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Database Administration and Database Design for PostgreSQL
- Experience with Troubleshooting and problem-solving database issues
- Knowledge of Databases and maintaining their performance and scalability
- Proficiency in implementing and managing Replication for high availability
- Understanding of database security, optimization, and disaster recovery strategies
- Relevant PostgreSQL certification is preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience working in an enterprise-level environment is advantageous
