šØ Weāre Hiring: Field Phlebotomist | Thane
Join Zelnoo and help us make quality diagnostic services more accessible, convenient, and patient-friendly across India.
As a Field Phlebotomist, you will visit patients at their homes or designated collection points in and around Thane, collect blood samples safely, and ensure their secure and timely delivery to our partnered diagnostic laboratories.
Youāll represent Zelnoo on the groundādelivering every interaction with professionalism, empathy, and care.
š¬ Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Travel to patient locations across Thane and surrounding areas
ā¢ Perform venipuncture according to established medical and safety protocols
ā¢ Label, handle, store, and transport samples securely
ā¢ Maintain a clean and sterile blood collection environment
ā¢ Record patient and collection details accurately
ā¢ Explain procedures clearly and address patient concerns
ā¢ Ensure timely delivery of samples to designated laboratories
ā
Required Skills and Qualifications
ā¢ Phlebotomy certification
ā¢ Strong venipuncture skills
ā¢ Knowledge of sample handling and storage
ā¢ Valid motorcycle driving licence
ā¢ Own two-wheeler
ā¢ Basic computer literacy
ā¢ Good communication and interpersonal skills
ā Preferred
ā¢ Previous field phlebotomy experience
ā¢ Knowledge of Thane and surrounding areas
ā¢ Customer service experience
