Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and responsible Phlebotomist to join our diagnostic team. The candidate will be responsible for collecting blood samples, conducting home visits, organising society health camps, coordinating with doctors for business development, and supporting overall laboratory operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform blood sample collection using proper techniques while ensuring patient comfort and safety
- Handle home visit sample collections in a professional and timely manner
- Organise and participate in society health camps and wellness drives
- Maintain proper labelling, storage, and transportation of samples
- Ensure all infection control and hygiene protocols are strictly followed
- Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals for diagnostic centre tie-ups
- Promote diagnostic services and generate business through referrals
- Assist in day-to-day laboratory operations
- Maintain records of samples, reports, and patient details
- Coordinate with lab technicians and management for a smooth workflow
Required Qualifications:- Certification/Diploma in Phlebotomy or Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT/DMLT)
- Prior experience in sample collection preferred
- Basic knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment
Skills & Competencies:- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle patients with care and empathy
- Willingness to travel for home visits and camps
- Basic marketing and networking skills for doctor tie-ups
- Strong organisational and time management skills
Experience:- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred (Freshers with good skills may also apply)
Additional Requirements:- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred
- Flexible to work in the field and on-site roles
