Role Description
This is a full-time (at home), on-site role for a Certified/ experienced Pet Groomer located in Mumbai. The Certified Pet Groomer will be responsible for performing grooming services, such as bathing, drying, hair trimming, nail clipping, and ear cleaning for pets of various breeds and sizes. Additional duties include assessing pet health, maintaining grooming equipment, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for pets. The groomer will also interact with pet owners to understand their preferences and provide professional advice on pet care.
Qualifications
- Proficient in grooming techniques, including bathing, trimming, and styling for different breeds
- Knowledge of animal behavior, handling, and safe grooming practices
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with pet owners and address their concerns
- Attention to detail and ability to identify any signs of health issues during grooming
- Experience with maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of grooming tools and work areas
- Certification from a recognized pet grooming training program is preferred
- Compassion, patience, and a passion for working with animals
- Physical ability to handle pets of varying sizes and temperaments
