Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Certified Internet Consultant based in Indore. The primary responsibilities include consulting with clients to identify their online service needs, providing customer service, and supporting them in using Justdial’s offerings effectively. The role also involves promoting sales of Justdial’s solutions, implementing online marketing strategies, and delivering training to enhance user engagement and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Consulting and the ability to address client-specific requirements
- Strong Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Sales acumen for promoting and driving adoption of Justdial’s solutions
- Familiarity with Online Marketing practices to enhance client visibility
- Experience with Training in tools and solutions for effective client enablement
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a similar role and knowledge of Justdial services is an advantage
