Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Certified Internet Consultant based in Indore. Responsibilities include engaging with clients to consult on their business needs, providing online marketing and sales solutions, delivering exceptional customer service, and conducting training sessions to help businesses maximize the use of digital tools and platforms provided by Justdial. The role involves client relationship building to promote the adoption of Justdial’s services and solutions.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Consulting and guiding businesses to achieve their goals
  • Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proficiency in Sales and generating leads to promote company solutions effectively
  • Knowledge of Online Marketing strategies to help enterprises establish and grow their digital presence
  • Ability to conduct Training sessions for end-users on utilizing products and services effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
