We are looking for an experienced F5 Specialist to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of secure and highly available network infrastructures across enterprise environments. The role requires strong hands-on expertise with F5 BIG-IP technologies, network security concepts, and collaboration with infrastructure and security teams.
Key Responsibilities:
· Implement, configure, and support F5 BIG-IP platforms including LTM, ASM, APM, SSLO, and GTM.
· Manage and maintain DNS infrastructure, WAF policies, SSL VPNs, and application delivery services.
· Support DDoS protection solutions such as Arbor and Radware.
· Troubleshoot complex application delivery and network issues using tools like Wireshark and tcpdump.
· Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure reliable and secure service delivery.
· Perform configuration changes, upgrades, and performance tuning for F5 environments.
· Maintain documentation including network diagrams, configurations, operational procedures, and RCA reports.
· Support security audits, vulnerability remediation, and compliance requirements.
Required Expertise:
· Strong hands-on experience with F5 BIG-IP technologies (LTM, ASM, APM, SSLO, GTM).
· Good understanding of networking protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and TCP/IP fundamentals.
· Experience with Web Application Firewall (WAF) policies, iRules, and SSL VPN configurations.
· Exposure to DDoS mitigation tools (Arbor, Radware) and firewall technologies such as Fortigate.
· Experience working in Cisco or Juniper-based network environments.
· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in enterprise environments.
Certifications:
Mandatory:
· F5 Certified Administrator (101 & 201)
· F5 Certified Technical Specialist (301 / 302 / 303 / 304)
Preferred:
· CCNA or higher certification
Nice to Have:
· Experience working in Telecom or large enterprise environments.
· Exposure to vulnerability assessment tools and security audits.
· Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure environments.
