Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Certified ABA Therapist role based in Bangalore Urban. The Certified ABA Therapist will deliver one-on-one and small-group Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) sessions for children, following individualised treatment plans and behaviour intervention strategies. Daily responsibilities include conducting assessments, collecting and analysing behaviour data, implementing reinforcement systems, and adjusting interventions in consultation with supervising clinicians. The role involves collaborating closely with multidisciplinary team members, communicating progress to caregivers, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. The therapist will also participate in team meetings, training, and case reviews to ensure high-quality, consistent care.
Qualifications
- Certification in ABA /QABA and comprehensive knowledge of Applied Behaviour Analysis principles and techniques.
- Experience working with children with developmental, behavioural, or neurodiverse needs in clinical, school, or community settings.
- Strong skills in behaviour assessment, data collection, and treatment plan implementation, with attention to detail and consistency.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with caregivers, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries, uphold ethical standards, and ensure child safety and confidentiality at all times.
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, behaviour analysis, or a related field; advanced training in child development is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in Bangalore Urban, with flexibility to adapt to varied child needs and session schedules.
- Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development, supervision, and training in ABA and related therapeutic approaches.
