About the role
We are looking for a designer with in-depth experience in solving highly complex and unique UX problems, while applying exceptional UI design skills and a mature strategic mindset to drive impactful and intuitive experiences at the highest execution level
You are used to successfully balancing multiple initiatives, equally focusing on perfecting the near-term aspects of the product as well as bringing to life longer-term strategic initiatives
While you are comfortable working as an individual, you equally know how to lead collaborative projects with a hands-on attitude
You are highly respected within and beyond the product team as well as the broader organization
As a member of a remote first team, you embrace transparency and collaboration and lead with proactivity.
6+ years of product-centric UX / UI design under your belt
A top-notch design portfolio, demonstrating process, outcomes, and impact
Fluid in best practices in qualitative and quantitative user research and validation methodologies
Familiarity with auto layout, responsive design, flex/grid
Practical experience with HTML/CSS
A pro in Figma and other relevant design tools
Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and verbal
Outcome Obsession. You lead by example, pushing the overall interactive and visual design execution within and beyond the current initiatives, successfully balancing rational / functional with highly emotional and engaging aspects of UX design
Design Depth. You are an expert at cutting through the complexity of a no-code platform, rigorously assessing design patterns, considering dependencies and accounting for edge cases with the goal to create frameworks and solutions that capture the essence and simplicity of the problem you are solving
Future Foresight. You are comfortable with ambiguity and excited to tackle strategic challenges. You live and breathe the product roadmap and are an expert in blending insight and data with a strong product intuition to make future-focused design decisions
Experience Expertise. You are being endlessly curious about your customers and applying user-centricity and empathy to everything that you are doing. You are fluent in translating research into actionable insights, informing strategic product decisions and relevant design solutions
Trusted Team-Player. Leading the design of multiple tactical and strategic efforts. Successfully leading and mentoring the design team members. Confidently presenting, communicating and defending the output of their team. Is well respected by other people in the product team and key stakeholders across the organization
