Implementation Consultant

In this role, you will work closely with our customers to ensure a successful implementation of our Dayforce HCM software. You will be responsible for understanding the customer's business requirements, configuring the software to meet those requirements, and training the customer's staff on the use of the system. You will also be expected to provide ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed. Responsibilities: - Work with customers to gather and document business requirements - Configure the Dayforce HCM software to meet the customer's needs - Provide training and support to the customer's staff on the use of the system - Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support as needed - Collaborate with other members of the implementation team to ensure a smooth and successful implementation Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, computer science, information technology) - 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the HR or payroll software industry - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in using HR and payroll software systems - Knowledge of HR and payroll best practices and regulations - Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
