About The Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) to take our platform to the next level. You will be working on a team focused on building the largest knowledge graph in the industrial world. This role will be part of blazing a new trail for how the physical world meets the digital world. As a member of our Technology team, you will work day-to-day with our world-class engineers and market-leading clients.

Required Skills
- At least 6 years of professional experience in rapid prototyping tools
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar
- Strong skills in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps
- Conducted workshops with clients (utilizing mapping methods such as User Story Mapping, Value Proposition Canvas, Customer Journey Map, etc.)
- Strong communication skills, open-minded person
- Participation in meetings with developers: the ability to conduct handoffs
- Formulation of tasks (tasks) and description of project challenges (user stories, acceptance criteria)
- Knowledge of formats and good practices in interface design
- Attention to detail and aesthetics of the project according to current design standards
- Ability to select and correctly apply UI patterns (within the created system or a previously selected system design)
- Ability to critically analyze UX/UI solutions
- Ability to provide feedback and ask for feedback
- Ability to advocate and present a project
- Design System expertise creating common UI components at a platform level
- Problem solver – the ability to come up with unique solutions to unique problems
- Desire to learn and improve your skills
- At least B2 English level
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of graph algorithms and/or routing algorithms
- Previous high growth startup experience a plus
