<div>Cerchione Hurowitz Law Group, a premier personal injury litigation firm in New York City, is seeking an Assistant Depositions Clerk to become a part of our growing firm! The person in this position will be a member of our EBT Department, working under the direction of our EBT Department Supervisor.<br><br>
</div><div>
<strong>Responsibilities:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Schedule EBTs, 50(h) examinations and EUOs with defense firms.</li>
<li>Enter appointments in our case management system and update as necessary</li>
<li>Advise clients of all appointments</li>
<li>Confirm appointments prior to scheduled dates</li>
<li>Arrange for reporters and equipment needed for remote examinations</li>
<li>Provide information and documentation to handling attorneys</li>
<li>Record and store client information in our case management system</li>
</ul><div><strong>Qualifications:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>At least 1 year of experience working in the EBT department of a New York litigation law firm</li>
<li>Ability to prioritize and multitask</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Deadline and detail-oriented</li>
<li>Ability to speak and read Spanish is <strong>essential</strong>. </li>
