The Financial (Senior) Associate role at CEPRES demands a unique set of skills specific to the Private Equity industry and interpersonal skills to be able to rise in a fast expanding cutting edge fin-tech company.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and motivate a team of analysts across multiple locations on the progress of assigned projects.
• Work with the relevant stakeholders and the client on the establishment and implementation of frameworks and on operational and ad-hoc deliverables to ensure client satisfaction aligned with the service level agreement
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance feedback to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
• Oversee project timelines, resource planning, and milestone tracking to ensure delivery within agreed timeframes and quality standards.
• Coordinate client investment data handling and align client expectations with competing project priorities to ensure accurate and timely feedback, and high-quality delivery to the client
• Strengthen client engagement maintaining regular contact with relevant stakeholders/clients building a trusted relationship and point of escalation for delivery purposes
• Perform detailed quantitative and qualitative analysis on structured and/or ad-hoc projects
• Responsible for the performance KPIs of the team
• Follow, review and enhance the efficiency of the currently set operational frameworks
• Collaborate with client facing teams to onboard and train new clients on CEPRES investment decision products. Present CEPRES Platform to current and prospective clients

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience, Consulting, Private Equity or investment banking background.
• Experience in M&A or leverage finance transactions is a plus
• Experience in managing a team and mentor a group of analysts as well as the ability to be able to work with big data using applicable tools
• Excellent presentation skills and the ability to hold your own with C-level counterparts
• Project Management skills to efficiently coordinate information from internal stakeholders and customers
• Interest in building analysis frameworks, and standardization of analysis methodology as well as company-wide processes
• Excellent English, German would be a plus
• Experience in Financial Modelling using Excel (especially Discounted Cash Flow analysis) is a plus
