Role Overview
We are looking for a high-caliber Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO as a strategic and execution partner.
This role sits at the center of decision-making, responsible for transforming ideas into structured strategies, driving cross-functional execution, and ensuring organizational alignment across a rapidly scaling global business.
This is not a support role—it is a high ownership, high visibility position designed for individuals who can operate in ambiguity, think structurally, and deliver outcomes at speed.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Decision Support
- Synthesize inputs from multiple functions into clear, structured decision briefs
- Frame business problems, identify options, and recommend actionable solutions
- Enable faster, data-backed decision-making for the CEO
2. CEO Bandwidth Optimization
- Act as a filter and force multiplier for the CEO
- Prioritize, structure, and streamline incoming requests and discussions
- Ensure CEO time is spent on high-impact areas only
3. Strategic Initiative Ownership
- Drive CEO-priority initiatives across functions (strategy, product, growth, operations)
- Own end-to-end execution—from problem definition to delivery
- Coordinate with senior leadership to ensure outcomes
4. Cross-Functional Alignment
- Ensure alignment of all functions with company priorities and strategic direction
- Resolve interdependencies and conflicts across teams
- Act as a central point of coordination for leadership
5. Governance & Execution Cadence
- Design and run:
- Weekly leadership reviews
- Monthly business reviews
- Quarterly planning cycles
- Track action items and ensure closure and accountability
6. Executive Communication
- Prepare high-quality:
- Strategy decks
- Business memos
- Leadership presentations
- Translate complex topics into clear, concise narratives
7. Problem Solving & Special Projects
- Lead high-priority, ambiguous problem areas requiring CEO attention
- Build frameworks, conduct analysis, and drive resolution
- Support new business ideas, product strategies, and transformation initiatives
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Decision turnaround time and quality (CEO feedback)
- % of strategic initiatives delivered on time
- Reduction in CEO operational bandwidth (meeting load, escalations)
- Cross-functional alignment effectiveness
- Governance adherence and action closure rates
- Quality and usability of executive communication
