Role Description
We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented HR Intern to work directly with the CEO’s office. This isn't just a "support" role; you will be at the heart of building the "Made in India" consumer electronics brand of the future. You will assist in implementing systematic HR policies and automating our people processes through the Ayksa SaaS platform.
Key Responsibilities- Talent Acquisition: Assist in sourcing and screening top-tier talent for our electronics R&D and sales teams.
- HR Automation: Work on the rollout of our proprietary Ayksa platform to streamline attendance,payroll, and performance tracking.
- Culture & Engagement: Help implement the Tunez Code of Conduct and organize engagement activities for the team at our new 6,000 sq. ft. corporate office.
- CEO Office Support: Assist in drafting professional communications, MoUs, and research for upcoming business expansions.
What We Are Looking For- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA (HR) or bachelor’s in law/business.
- Skills: Excellent communication, strong grasp of modern HR tools,and a "Founder’s Mindset".
- Attributes: A passion for the "Made in India" initiative and an interest in consumer electronics.
