🚀 CEO Execution Associate – India
(Work directly with CEO | High ownership | AI-driven company)
🌟 About the Role
We are looking for a smart, driven, and execution-focused individual to work directly with the CEO of a fast-growing AI company.
This is not a traditional assistant role.
Your job is simple:
👉 Ensure CEO priorities are executed without delays or gaps
👉 Make sure nothing falls through the cracks

🎯 What You’ll Do
Manage and prioritize the CEO’s calendar based on business priorities
Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups across teams, clients, and vendors
Enforce task ownership and follow-ups aligned with CEO priorities
Coordinate with developers, clients, and internal teams to ensure execution
Prepare basic documents (proposals, summaries, notes, trackers)
Filter emails/messages and highlight what needs attention
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion, automation tools, etc.) to speed up work
Take ownership of operational tasks and drive them to completion
Send a daily 5-minute summary: what's done, what's blocked, what needs CEO attention
🎯 Success in this role means:
Tasks are completed on time, risks are surfaced early, and nothing falls through the cracks.

✅ Who This Is For
0–2 years of experience in coordination, operations, or executive support
Fast learner with a high ownership mindset
Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion, etc.)
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Comfortable with healthy conflict—able to push for clarity, follow up consistently, and escalate when needed
Strong communication skills
