Role Description
As a Co-founder & CEO, you will lead the organization’s strategic vision, establish and execute business objectives, oversee day-to-day operations, and drive growth in alignment with company goals. You will be responsible for steering the company's financial health, building partnerships, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and managing business functions including sales, planning, and operations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, India.
Qualifications
- Proven proficiency in Finance and Operations Management
- Expertise in Business Planning and Strategic Planning
- Strong knowledge of Sales and experience in driving organizational growth
- Proficient leadership and decision-making skills
- Experience in the biotechnology, healthcare, or related industries preferred
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Biotechnology, or related fields is highly desirable
