<li>Proven experience in HVAC service, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role. </li>

<li>Valid HVAC certifications and licenses as required by local/state regulations. </li>
<li>Strong leadership, organizational and time-management skills. </li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and communications skills for working with clients, and team members. </li>
