<strong>$60,000 – $120,000+ Total Comp (Base + Uncapped Commission) </strong><br>The HVAC Comfort Advisor is the face of our brand — a trusted expert who meets homeowners and business owners where they are, diagnoses their comfort challenges, and presents solutions that genuinely improve their lives. This is not a transactional sales role. It is a consultative, relationship-driven position where your expertise, empathy, and integrity will drive your success. You will run pre-set appointments generated by our in-house marketing engine, conduct thorough home comfort assessments, and close premium HVAC system sales. Our top advisors earn well above six figures — and they do it by building trust, not pressure.<br><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO</strong>

<li>Conduct in-home and on-site comfort consultations for residential and light commercial customers</li>
<li>Perform whole-home load calculations and system assessments to recommend right-sized equipment</li>
<li>Present customized HVAC solutions, including equipment upgrades, indoor air quality products, and maintenance agreements</li>
<li>Guide customers through financing options with confidence and transparency</li>
<li>Follow up with unsold leads and past customers to nurture long-term relationships</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with installation and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records in our CRM (Service Titan or similar) for every appointment and interaction</li>
<li>Represent the company at community events, trade shows, and referral partner meetings</li>
<li>Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets</li>

<li> 2+ years of in-home or B2C sales experience</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to close $10K+ transactions</li>
<li>Strong communication and active listening skills</li>
<li>Comfortable with technology and digital tools</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license and clean driving record</li>
<li>Professional appearance and demeanor </li>
</ul><div>
<strong>PREFERRED</strong> </div><ul>
<li>HVAC industry or home services background</li>
<li>Experience with Service Titan, Salesforce, or CRM</li>
<li>Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency</li>
<li>Knowledge of Carrier, Lennox, Trane, or Daikin product lines</li>
<li>NATE certification or HVAC technical training</li>
<li>Experience in presenting financing options </li>
