Responsibilities:
· Oversees all aspects of the hotel, including improving financial performance, operational and financial controls, ensuring optimal guest satisfaction scores, and developing and retaining a strong team
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Responsible for preparing budgets, creating and implementing marketing strategies, as well as setting and achieving financial targets
- Plan short and long-term goals of day-to-day hotel operations and develop department specific action plans
- Develops and updates the hotel business plan and monitors financial performance
- Manager experience in a full-service hotel environment
- Proven track record of achieving excellence as a hotel operations leader in a Manager capacity
- Superb business and financial acumen
