About Role
We are hiring on behalf of a reputed education organization for the role of Centre Sales Manager.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong experience in admissions, counselling, and sales team management, who can drive enrollment targets and lead from the front.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Achieve weekly & monthly admission targets
✔ Deliver impactful sales presentations in nearby institutions
✔ Manage end-to-end admission process & documentation
✔ Conduct seminars in schools, colleges, and institutes
✔ Handle student & parent counselling effectively
✔ Build and maintain institutional tie-ups (B2B)
✔ Lead and motivate the sales/team to achieve targets
✔ Manage MIS, reports, and data tracking
✔ Oversee telecalling team and monitor performance
✔ Handle day-to-day center operations & administration
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in hardcore sales / admissions / counselling
- Strong leadership and team handling experience
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Experience in education/EdTech is a plus
- Open to local travel
