Happiest Health is looking for dedicated and skilled Centre Phlebotomists and Home Collection Phlebotomists to join our growing Diagnostics team in Bengaluru. If you are passionate about patient care and have experience in blood sample collection, we invite you to be a part of our healthcare journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect blood samples from patients at diagnostic centres and home visits.
- Perform venipuncture and other sample collection procedures as per standard protocols.
- Ensure accurate patient identification, sample labeling, and documentation.
- Follow infection control, safety, and quality standards.
- Handle, store, and transport samples safely to the laboratory.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
- Provide professional and compassionate patient care.
- Coordinate with laboratory and operations teams to ensure timely sample processing.
Eligibility
- Qualification: DMLT (Mandatory) / B.Sc. MLT (Preferred)
- Experience: 1–5 years in Phlebotomy or Diagnostic Services.
- Good communication and patient handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for home sample collection (for Home Collection role).
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
