Qualification: Master Degree / Diploma in Hospital Administration / Hospital Management from reputed institute.
Experience: 3-4 Years in Hospital Administration / Management in Mid-Size hospital.
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai.
JD:
1. Strategic Business & Financial Leadership
● P&L Management: You will be responsible for the bottom-line health of the centers. This involves managing budgets, controlling operational costs, and optimizing resources to ensure profitability.
● Revenue & Business Performance: Analyzing monthly financial reports to identify gaps in revenue and implementing strategies to meet or exceed financial targets.
● Business Development: Identifying new growth opportunities, potential partnerships, and ways to expand the clinic's footprint or service offerings.
2. Clinical Operations & Quality Control
● Pharmacy Management: Overseeing the procurement, storage, and dispensing of medicines. Ensuring the pharmacy operates as a profitable unit while maintaining strict regulatory standards.
● SOP Implementation & Process Control: Developing and enforcing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure every patient receives a consistent level of care.
● Quality Management: Monitoring clinical outcomes and service quality. You will be responsible for ensuring the centers meet healthcare accreditation standards and internal quality benchmarks.
● Compliance & Administration: Managing legal requirements, medical licenses, and local healthcare regulations to keep the centers fully compliant with Mumbai’s civic and medical laws.
3. Multi-Center & Team Coordination
● Multi-Centre Coordination: Acting as the bridge between the various Mumbai branches. This ensures that resources (staff, equipment, or inventory) are shared efficiently and that brand standards are uniform across all locations.
● Doctor Coordination: Managing the schedules, availability, and professional requirements of the medical staff. Ensuring that doctor-patient ratios are optimized.
● Team Management: Leading a diverse team of administrative, nursing, and support staff. This includes hiring, performance reviews, and fostering a culture of accountability.
4. Supply Chain & Support Systems
● Vendor & Inventory Management: Negotiating with suppliers for medical consumables and equipment. You will oversee inventory levels to prevent "stock-outs" while minimizing waste and overstocking.
● Marketing & Outreach: Collaborating with the marketing team to execute local outreach programs, health camps, or digital campaigns to increase patient footfall.
5. Patient-Centric Excellence
● Patient Experience: Taking ultimate responsibility for the "patient journey"—from the moment they book an appointment to post-consultation follow-ups. You will handle grievances and implement feedback loops to improve patient satisfaction scores.
