🚨 We’re Hiring: Centre Managers | SkyJumper Amusement Park
📍 Locations: Pune | Bangalore | Zirakpur | Mohali
We are looking for strong, hands-on Centre Managers who can drive operations, revenue, and guest experience at our parks.
This is NOT a desk job — you will be running the centre like your own business.
Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-end centre operations
* Team management (FO, CRM, F&B, attendants)
* Driving revenue & upselling activities
* Ensuring top-notch guest experience & safety
* Daily MIS, audits, and SOP adherence
What we’re looking for:
* Prior experience in hospitality / retail / entertainment / QSR
* Strong control on team, numbers, and floor operations
* Sales mindset with execution focus
* Ability to handle pressure & weekend business
💰 CTC: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month
