Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Centre Manager, based in Raigarh. The Centre Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the center, including managing administrative processes, coordinating with teaching staff, and ensuring the smooth execution of all academic and non-academic activities. Responsibilities include achieving enrollment targets, providing ongoing support to students and faculty members, and maintaining an efficient operational environment. The role also involves liaising with other departments, tracking key performance metrics, and addressing any challenges that arise to ensure the center runs effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Operational and Administrative Management, including handling daily processes and problem-solving skills
- Strong Leadership and Team Management skills to oversee staff and encourage a positive working environment
- Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills for building relationships with stakeholders, staff, and students
- Proven ability in Student Support and Customer Service to address student and faculty needs effectively
- Excellent Organizational and Multitasking Abilities to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously
- Experience in the education sector, particularly in managing centers or programs, is highly desirable
- Basic knowledge of financial budgeting, reporting, and target tracking
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is an advantage
