Maccure Hospital, Dwarka is hiring a Centre Manager.
Dwarka is our fertility and premium maternity centre — IVF, high-risk obstetrics and paediatrics under one roof, built on a single principle: Care Is Culture.
We are looking for someone who runs a centre the way an owner would — inside a system, not outside it.
The role
Full operational ownership of the Dwarka centre, reporting directly to the Directors.
- Daily operations across OPD, IVF, IPD, front office and support services
- Centre P&L — revenue, cost control, package realisation, branch-wise MIS
- Patient experience end to end, from first enquiry to discharge and follow-up
- Enquiry-to-consultation and consultation-to-conversion, jointly with the IVF counsellor and CRM team
- Consultant and clinical team coordination; OT and procedure scheduling discipline
- NABH readiness, statutory compliance, documentation and audit trails
- Manpower planning, rostering, training and retention
- Vendor, inventory, biomedical and facility management
What we require
- 5+ years in hospital, fertility centre or healthcare operations — at least 2 as centre-in-charge, administrator or unit manager
- Graduate; MHA or MBA (Hospital Management) preferred
- Working command of HIS, CRM and MIS; comfortable with daily numbers and dashboards
- Demonstrated NABH exposure
- Fluent English and Hindi, with the temperament for a premium, private-pay patient base
- Based in or willing to relocate to West Delhi
- Open to applicants of all genders

- You own the numbers without taking liberties with governance.
