Job Title: Centre Manager – Managed Offices
Location: Pune
Department: Managed Office / Sales & Operations
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Support
- Support the regional sales team in client coordination, site visits, proposal follow-ups, and closure-related activities.
- Coordinate with clients, and internal stakeholders for smooth co-ordination.
- Assist in preparing proposals, layouts, commercial inputs, presentations, and client communication.
- Track active leads, site visits, client feedback, and closure status.
- Ensure timely follow-up with clients and partners to support business conversion.
2. Client Servicing & Relationship Management
- Act as a point of contact for clients during site visits, onboarding, and post-handover support.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients, landlords, and internal teams.
- Address client queries and coordinate internally for timely resolution.
- Ensure smooth client experience from enquiry stage to occupancy.
3. Operations & Centre Management
- Oversee day-to-day centre operations and ensure smooth functioning of managed office spaces.
- Coordinate with facility, housekeeping, security, IT, admin, and vendor teams.
- Ensure centre readiness for client visits, handovers, and operational requirements.
- Monitor service quality, housekeeping standards, maintenance issues, and overall client experience.
- Support in managing move-ins, move-outs, client onboarding, and documentation coordination.
4. Backend Coordination
- Coordinate with design, projects, finance, legal, admin, and operations teams for client-specific requirements.
- Assist in maintaining reports, occupancy data, client records, proposal trackers, and billing coordination.
- Follow up on documentation such as LOI, HOT, agreements, invoices, security deposits, and other commercial records.
- Support internal reporting and regular business updates for the region.
5. Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with vendors for operational requirements, repairs, maintenance, fit-out support, and service delivery.
- Ensure timely execution of client requests and centre-level operational tasks.
- Support cost control, vendor follow-ups, and service quality monitoring.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Prior experience in managed offices, coworking, commercial real estate, hospitality, facility management, or client servicing preferred.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good understanding of sales support and operations management.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.
- Presentable, proactive, and client-focused approach.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS reporting.
- Ability to handle pressure and support fast-paced business requirements.
Preferred Experience:
3–6 years of experience in managed offices, coworking, flexible workspace, commercial real estate, hospitality, or facility operations.
