About the Role
We're looking for a Centre Head for our Veraval unit — someone who takes full ownership of operations, drives growth, and builds a team culture that actually makes people proud to work here. This isn't a desk job. This is a leadership role with real accountability and real impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end hospital operations — clinical, administrative, and financial
- Drive OPD/IPD growth and expand service lines in the Veraval region
- Own the unit P&L — budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
- Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing multi-department team
- Ensure seamless coordination between clinical and non-clinical departments
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and facility maintenance
- Maintain full compliance with NABH standards and government regulations
- Build Shashwat's brand trust and community presence in Veraval
- Report unit performance metrics directly to senior management
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience in healthcare operations or hospital administration
- Proven track record of managing hospital units or multi-department teams
- Strong financial acumen — comfortable with P&L, budgets, and reporting
- Excellent leadership, communication, and crisis management skills
- Postgraduate degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or equivalent preferred
- Familiarity with Tier 2/3 city healthcare dynamics is a strong advantage
