Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Centre Head for our Noida location. As a full-time, on-site role, the Centre Head will lead day-to-day operations, ensure the efficient management of clinical and administrative functions, and maintain high standards of patient care and operational excellence. This involves overseeing staff performance, addressing client needs, optimizing resources, maintaining regulatory compliance, and achieving organizational goals. The Centre Head will collaborate with medical professionals, administrative staff, and senior leadership to support smooth functioning and strategic growth of the clinic.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills, including staff coordination and performance management.
- Experience in healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, and patient care excellence.
- Proficiency in administrative functions such as resource allocation, workflow optimization, and strategic planning.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Knowledge or experience in fertility and reproductive technologies is highly advantageous.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges effectively.
- Proven ability to meet targets and improve service delivery metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Prior experience in leading healthcare or fertility centers is preferred.
