Working with a team. - Handle program development, speaker management and overarching strategy - work with CSI's team for technical and marketing teams - Develop run-of-show timelines, event materials, and post-event reporting. Membership & Stakeholder Engagement - Act as a listener and connector—engaging with members, partners, and thought leaders to surface compelling event ideas. - Generate new ideas and plans to grow our membership strategy - Work closely with internal teams (marketing, membership, partnerships) to align events with organizational goals. - Build relationships with speakers, panelists, and facilitators, ensuring a diverse and compelling lineup of contributors.
