Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for effective communication and marketing? We are looking for a dynamic female Centre Coordinator to join our PAN India Group company. As a Centre Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our centers nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of our centers across India, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and increase brand awareness.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation using MS-Excel to track center performance and key metrics.
- Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and management to address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Train and mentor center staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation within our centers.
