The Role This role will oversee the development of information and intelligence using internal and external data. This role will analyze data to identify trends/opportunities, help develop strategic direction from current and historical information, and create compelling, data rich analysis presentations. Job Duties Include: • Analyzes complex business problems and issues within the organization using data from various sources to provide insight to decision-makers. • Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences and recommends strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge. • Plans, performs and implements process improvement initiatives within the organization. • Diagrams and evaluates existing processes. • Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities. • Collects data to identify root cause of problems. • Measures performance against process requirements. • Aligns improvement to performance shortfalls. • May deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement and control. • Surveys and analyzes best practices for techniques and processes. • Communicates team progress. • Performs all other duties as assigned.
