Central Sr. Documentation Executive
Location: Bangalore/Koramanagala
Department: Operations / Documentation
Experience: 3–6 Years
Industry Preference: Automobile / Retail / Documentation Operations
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage end-to-end documentation process from post-sale to RC closure.
✅ Coordinate with vendors and RTO offices for timely document completion.
✅ Track and update inventory documentation status.
✅ Work closely with Finance, Sales, and Operations teams.
✅ Monitor documentation TAT and drive process improvements.
✅ Escalate pending cases and ensure timely closure.
✅ Support pre-sale and post-sale documentation compliance activities.
✅ Maintain centralized MIS reports and documentation records.
Desired Candidate Profile:
✔ Graduate in any discipline.
✔ Strong documentation and coordination skills.
✔ Experience in RTO, vehicle registration, or automotive documentation preferred.
✔ Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
✔ Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
