Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Central Sales Associate, based in Bengaluru. The Central Sales Associate will be responsible for managing sales activities to acquire and onboard clients, addressing inquiries, and maintaining customer relationships. The role involves creating sales pitches, fostering client engagement, and achieving sales targets by offering tailored solutions to customer needs. The Associate will also organize and manage client meetings, provide support, and continuously improve customer satisfaction through effective communication and strategic sales approaches.


Qualifications

  • Should have 1-4 years of Experience.
  • Should have strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in sales techniques, lead generation, and customer relationship management
  • Ability to understand customer requirements, provide solutions, and close deals
  • Organized, goal-oriented, and able to work in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales software is a plus
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development is preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Graduation in any field; an MBA or similar qualification is an added advantage
