Role Description
The Central Production Planning (PPC) role at Tupperware India is a full-time, on-site position based in Dehradun. This role involves creating streamlined production schedules, ensuring resources are efficiently allocated, and monitoring production activities to meet organizational targets. The individual will coordinate with various departments to optimize planning processes and ensure product availability while maintaining the highest standards of quality. The role also requires analyzing data to improve production performance and providing periodic progress updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Production Schedules and Production Planning
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to solve complex problems
- Expertise in Planning and resource management
- Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration
- Detail-oriented and well-organized approach to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Operations, or a related field preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments is an advantage
