Are you wired to chase the win until it’s closed?
Do people describe you as someone who just goes for it?
Are you comfortable sending the second, third, or fourth follow-up if it gets the job done?
Are you meticulously organized and on top of every detail?
Are you outgoing, and do people tend to enjoy talking with and saying yes to you?
Are you interested in working with tour groups, school trips, and group organizers?

The Role
Central Photo Company has been capturing group memories at Washington, DC's most iconic landmarks since 1919. We work with school trips, tour operators, corporate teams, faith communities, family reunions, and international and government groups.

As Sales & Partnerships Coordinator, you'll work within established outreach lanes to contact, qualify, and turn interested groups into booked sessions. You'll also be the first point of contact in our partnerships pipeline: researching operators we aren't reaching, starting conversations, gauging interest, and handing off to leadership when there's something worth pursuing. You'll be the consistent, organized, human touchpoint in our sales process: following up without being chased, keeping records clean, and reporting back on what's working so the team can make smarter decisions.

This is a coordinator role with a direct hand in our revenue and growth vertical.

What You'll Do

Research and build lists of tour operators, travel planners, and group organizers we aren't currently reaching

Execute outbound outreach to assigned group segments (schools, tour operators, churches, family coordinators, and community organizations) via email, phone, and social media

Respond to inbound leads promptly: qualify, follow up, and move groups through the booking process

Serve as a consistent point of contact for group planners and coordinators within your assigned channels

Start partnership conversations: make first contact, introduce Central, and gauge interest in an ongoing relationship

Hand off warm partnership leads to leadership with clear notes on what was discussed and where they stand

Log every interaction in the CRM with accuracy: contact details, conversation notes, status, and next steps

Flag patterns from the field: what objections keep coming up, which messages get replies, where leads are going cold

Who You Are
You’re a go-getter. Hungry, proactive, and not waiting to be told what to do next. You take ownership and move things forward.

You are a people person in the truest sense. You light up in conversation, you listen as well as you talk, and you have a way of making people feel at ease without even trying.

You’re a highly organized executor. Details don’t slip through the cracks because you don’t let them. You're the kind of person who will pick up the phone without hesitating, follow up when you say you will, and keep records that are clear and usable. You have strong written and verbal communication skills.

You know how to read a room, pivot when needed, and guide someone toward a yes. When it’s a no, you know how to keep the door open.Persistent enough to follow up one more time. Self-directed enough to manage your own pipeline without being micromanaged.

You’re proactive, consistent, and emotionally intelligent.

Strong signals we look for:

Experience in outbound sales or any role where closing, persuading, or converting was part of the job

Comfort working with groups, coordinators, planners, or organizations in any capacity

Background in sales, hospitality, events, education, travel, community organizing, executive assistant, or any people-facing field

Entrepreneurial or self-starting behavior (side project, freelance, anything you built)

Spanish bilingual

Comfortable on camera

Compensation

Hourly base: $18–$23/hr depending on experience, plus commission on every group you source and book.

How We Measure Success

Leads move through the pipeline and qualified contacts become booked groups

Partnership prospects are researched, contacted, and handed off with clear context

Regular, useful field reports that help leadership refine approach
