ERP Project Manager

Location based onsite in either Pine Bluff or Little Rock. Candidates located in Little Rock will be required to travel to Pine Bluff at least once per week. There is a separate travel component.
Position Summary
The ERP Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering ERP implementation projects within a manufacturing environment. This role will lead the deployment of Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) at a large-scale facility, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
The Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams and external implementation partners, while driving accountability, risk management, and overall project governance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in alignment with stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful delivery
Stakeholder & Team Coordination
- Coordinate activities across engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, and IT
- Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and executive reporting
- Ensure alignment and communication across all stakeholders
Risk & Issue Management
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues
- Develop mitigation and contingency plans
- Escalate critical risks and decisions as needed
Vendor & Partner Management
- Manage relationships with third-party implementation partners
- Track partner deliverables and hold vendors accountable to timelines and quality standards
- Coordinate internal and external resources
Governance & Reporting
- Establish project governance structures, including steering committees and escalation paths
- Provide regular status reporting to leadership, including progress, risks, and key decisions
- Ensure documentation of project activities and decisions
Cutover & Go-Live Coordination
- Develop and execute cutover and go-live plans
- Coordinate readiness activities across business and IT teams
- Support stabilization efforts post go-live
