Role Description
As the B2B Sales Excellence Head, you will lead initiatives across sales governance, CRM-driven funnel management, channel development, and capability building, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution across zones.
What we are looking for?
- 10–15 years of experience in B2B Sales / Sales Excellence / Business Transformation
- Strong exposure to manufacturing / industrial / building materials sectors
- Proven experience in multi-zone sales operations & performance governance
- Expertise in CRM-led funnel management, KPI frameworks, and cross-functional alignment
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Governance & Analytics
- Define and institutionalize KPI frameworks for B2B sales teams
- Drive data-led performance reviews and dashboarding
- Strengthen CRM-driven decision-making culture
2. Funnel & Approval Management
- Establish prioritization frameworks for high-potential opportunities
- Drive structured Sales–BD reviews and funnel governance
- Ensure strong pipeline coverage and conversion tracking
3. Channel & Market Development
- Lead national B2B expansion across industrial clusters & EPC/OEM hubs
- Improve distributor productivity and market penetration
- Drive turnaround strategies for underperforming markets
4. Capability Building
- Design and execute capability development roadmap
- Roll out impactful sales training programs
- Build a strong on-ground coaching culture
