About the Employer
It is the purpose of all Catholic parishes and schools, located in the geographic boundaries of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Stockton, to promote the mission and ministry of the Roman Catholic Church. All parish and school employees and volunteers commit themselves to the following principles:

Job Summary
Provides high-level administrative and clerical support to school leadership, handling complex tasks with independence and discretion. Manages confidential information, prepares correspondence and reports, coordinates meetings and events, maintains calendars and records, and supports board and administrative functions. Oversees key programs (e.g., AP and Title Funds), ensures efficient office operations, and serves as a central point of communication while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
