</ul><div>We are seeking a compassionate and energetic <strong>Nursing Assistant (Nurse Aide)</strong> who has a passion for <strong>activities and engagement</strong> to join our team at an adult activity center serving elderly and disabled individuals.<br><br>
</div><div>This is a <strong>day shift position</strong> in a supportive, team-oriented environment focused on enhancing the quality of life for our participants.<br><br>

<strong>Responsibilities:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Assist participants with daily living needs (ADLs) </li>
<li> Support and help lead recreational and social activities </li>
<li> Encourage participation and engagement in programs </li>
<li> Monitor participant safety and well-being </li>
<li> Build positive relationships with participants and team members </li>
</ul><div>
<strong>Qualifications:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Active NA certification in Virginia </li>
<li> Genuine interest in activities, recreation, or group engagement </li>
<li> Compassionate, patient, and dependable </li>
<li> Strong communication and teamwork skills </li>
<li> Experience with elderly or disabled populations preferred </li>
</ul><div>
