Centrak seeks Regional Support Lead, VA, Newtown, PA, to oversee support for Real Time Location Systems in VA and healthcare settings including managing queues, prioritizing escalations and collaborating with partners regarding allocating resources.

Requires: M.S. in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar plus two years’ experience with RTLS support in healthcare settings. The position also requires experience working with clients to understand requirements, providing RTLS validation, troubleshooting and maintenance support and experience with network technology including TCP/IP, EIGRP, IGRP, RIP and RF/IR devices. WFH anywhere in U.S. w/ 50% travel.
