Duties
Assist in documenting current-state workflows and identifying manual, repetitive tasks suitable for automation.,Translate business requirements into technical workflow designs.,Build and configure software bots using RPA tools and relevant programming/scripting languages.,Develop and execute unit and integration test cases to validate bot functionality.,Perform routine maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting of deployed bots.

AND In order to qualify for the GS-12 grade level, you must meet the following: You must demonstrate in your resume at least one year (52 weeks) of qualifying specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal government, obtained in either the private or public sector, to include: 1) Assisting in designing, developing, testing, or deployment process automations or AI models; AND 2) Using RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, Blue Prism) or coding languages (e.g., Python, SQL), to build and configure software bots; AND 3) Working with stakeholders to support automation projects by reviewing business workflows, finding automation opportunities, gathering requirements, and identifying friction points. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills, and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
