About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Centre Manager to lead operations at a luxury wellness/spa center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing premium wellness brands or spas within 5-star hotel environments, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the wellness/spa centre
- Ensure exceptional guest experience aligned with luxury service standards
- Manage, train, and motivate staff to achieve performance targets
- Drive revenue growth through memberships, services, and retail sales
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, ambiance, and service quality
- Handle client relationships, feedback, and escalations professionally
- Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost control
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional strategies
Key Requirements:
- 5–15 years of experience in luxury wellness/spa or hospitality industry
- Prior experience in 5-star hotels or premium wellness brands preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Business acumen with a customer-centric approach
- Passion for wellness, hospitality, and luxury service delivery
