Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, business-driven, and people-centric Center Manager to lead the overall performance of a luxury wellness center.
This role requires a strong leader who can balance sales excellence, operational efficiency, and exceptional guest experience, while building high-performing teams and ensuring a premium service environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business & Revenue Management
- Drive overall revenue, profitability, and center performance
- Achieve sales targets across services, memberships, and packages
- Monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, average ticket size, and revenue per guest
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and promotions
2. Operations & Center Excellence
- Oversee end-to-end center operations
- Ensure smooth daily functioning including staffing, rostering, and service readiness
- Maintain strict adherence to SOPs, hygiene, and luxury service standards
- Manage inventory, vendors, and stock levels
- Ensure facilities, equipment, and ambience meet premium standards
- Optimize costs while maintaining service excellence
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
3. Guest Experience & Brand Excellence
- Deliver a personalized and premium guest experience
- Handle VIP clients and escalations effectively
- Build long-term client relationships to drive loyalty
- Monitor and improve guest feedback and satisfaction scores
4. Team Leadership & People Management
- Lead and mentor a team of managers, therapists, and front desk staff
- Build a high-performance, service-oriented culture
- Conduct training, coaching, and performance reviews
- Ensure team alignment with grooming and luxury standards
5. Sales Leadership & Client Engagement
- Contribute to high-value sales conversions
- Coach team on consultative selling and customer engagement
6. Systems & Process Management
- Ensure effective use of CRM and booking systems (Zenoti preferred)
- Analyze reports and dashboards for decision-making
- Continuously improve processes and efficiency
Preferred Background
Candidates from Hospitality, Wellness, and Luxury Spa backgrounds will be highly preferred.
