PEP Schoolv2 is looking for a Center Manager who can lead parent experience, team management, admissions, centre operations, and growth with warmth, clarity, and ownership. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is warm, grounded, highly capable, and able to balance empathy with accountability. You should be comfortable building trust with parents, leading teams, handling escalations, and ensuring that the centre runs with consistency, care, and high standards.
What you will do
- Lead the day-to-day functioning of the centre
- Drive admissions from enquiry to enrolment and onboarding
- Build strong relationships with parents and handle concerns with maturity
- Lead support staff and strengthen team accountability
- Partner with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth execution
- Track key metrics such as leads, conversions, retention, and centre performance
- Oversee infrastructure, maintenance, transport, purchases, and related systems
- Support centre growth while keeping child welfare and staff wellbeing at the core
Who this role may suit
- Professionals with 10+ years of experience in operations, HR, customer-facing, business development, hospitality, healthcare, retail, IT/BPO, or similar people-intensive roles
- Candidates who have held end-to-end ownership across people, process, and outcomes
- Prior school or education experience will be an advantage
- Experience in a child-centred or Montessori environment will be strongly valued
